At Lumi Spa, we are dedicated to providing every client with the highest quality service. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all, we have established some essential policies. These guidelines help us maintain a tranquil and efficient environment for our valued clients.
Booking and Appointment Policies
Treatment Orders and Bookings: Appointments must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase to remain valid. Special offer treatments must be booked within the specified promotional period.
Consultation: Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete and sign consultation forms. Treatments cannot proceed without these forms, and no refunds will be provided for incomplete consultations.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
Cancellation: Notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment to cancel without penalty. Late cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit or full payment. Reschedule your canceled appointment within 7 days to retain your deposit.
Rescheduling: We may reschedule appointments with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice. If the new time is unsuitable, you can reschedule free of charge. Clients wishing to reschedule must provide 48 hours’ notice (72 hours for special offers). A $15 re-booking fee applies if rescheduled within 7 days of the original appointment. Re-bookings depend on availability.
Late Arrival and No-Show Policies
Late Arrival: Arriving late will shorten your treatment time to ensure the next client is not delayed. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, incurring a late cancellation fee.
No-Show: Failing to show up for an appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or full payment. Future bookings must be prepaid in full.
Refund Policy
Deposits: Non-refundable.
Full Payments: Refunds are issued minus 20% if canceled within 48 hours, with rescheduling required within 7 days. Treatments and prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Service Guarantee
We do not guarantee specific results from treatments. However, our thorough consultation process ensures we recommend the best treatments suited to your needs. We cannot offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with treatment results.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is used solely to enhance your service and communicate important updates. We do not share your information with third parties.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaving inappropriately, or posing a threat to our staff or business.
Health and Safety
To prioritize health and safety, clients with contagious infections are advised to reschedule appointments. Masks or temperature checks may be required.
Pricing Policy
Prices may vary. For accurate pricing, request an in-spa consultation. Bookings made before special offers cannot be adjusted to include promotional prices. Package treatments must be taken weekly, except for fat freezing (every 2-4 weeks).
Special Offers
Full payment is required upfront for special offers, with no refunds available. Appointments can be rescheduled once with 72 hours’ notice, within the offer’s valid period. Failure to show or cancel will result in a full payment charge. Package treatments follow the same scheduling guidelines.
